Digital games, or CD keys, are exactly the same as physical games. The only difference is that instead of installing by CD or DVD, they are installed via a direct download from an official platform such as Steam, Origin, Uplay - or another major digital games platform.
Yes, they are 100% legitimate, genuine and authenticated. Most physical games - bought with a box and disk - require you to activate the game's key via a digital platform anyway.
We process all orders within 12 hours of purchase - guaranteed. The only exception to this is pre-order (pre-purchase) products. During our online times (listed on our 'About' page) we generally process orders within 10-20 minutes of purchase.
All orders are dispatched digitally. You will receive an email with your game information and the necessary download/installation instructions for that game.
Yes, we provide step-by-step instructions with all purchases. If you have never used a particular platform before then do not worry.
Pre-order games are generally dispatched the day before release day. However, the latest you will receive a pre-order game is on release day - this could be at any time on that day. Most games codes are released early to allow buyers to pre-load the game ahead of it's official release.
Returns are only accepted for unused codes. You may cancel an order as long as you have emailed us before you have received your product code. For pre-ordered games, you may cancel at any point up to 48 hours before the official release date.
First: double check your email inbox and spam or junk folder. Make sure you are looking in the correct email inbox - if you're email address is different to PayPal then check that address too. If you do not appear to have received your order - Yahoo can sometimes be a problematic email host - then please contact us.
